Last weekend I stopped at a BevMo to purchase a birthday gift. I wasn’t sure what brand to buy but I knew I wanted a bottle of champagne. Rob at the Wilshire store came to my rescue and made sensible recommendations. After the conversation about wine and more, it was much easier to choose the right champagne for the individual and the occasion. He also provided an attractive wrapping around the bottle.

why do I have to show my ID every time I go to BevMo? Don’t you have a computer that can tell you that I have been there before and I that I have already shown my ID? I know I am not the only one bothered by this unnecessary inconvenience. It seems like a small thing but it’s not. No other store does this.

First off, my wife and I would like to say the customer service we received from Byron on January 24, 2022, was outstanding, he knew exactly where to find everything we were looking for in a lot of different items. Bev Mo was the only store in Tucson that had all the items we were looking for. We felt Byron went the extra mile and very user friendly and he seemed very happy and enjoys doing his job.
